An apartment with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, close to the Green Parc of Montjuic. It is located in the very spanish quarter of Poble Sec, with car park very close and plenty of restaurants a little bit far from the turistic and expensive area of the Ramblas. By the way a very good colombian restaurant is open all the day at few meters in the same street of the apartment. The area is quiet and safe with a lot of families living there. The apartment got a totally private entrance from the street. There are two spaces in this apartment, the bedrooms are located upstairs on the first floor, the sofa beds and the kitchen are down stairs. There are two double bedrooms, with two single beds in one of them and a double bed in the other one. They got a view on a quiet spanish patio. The third one is the largest with a king size bed, the wardrobe and two large windows on the entrance of the flat. A little stairs will bring you to the sofa beds area with tv, dvd player and cd player. The two bathrooms got showers close to each sofa beds, two in total. There are curtains that you can close to easily to sleep without light in this area. It can accomodate up to two extra people in this way. The kitchen is full equipped, with bowls and plates, kettle and coffe maker... a large table will offer you a nice space for the breakfast and dinners. This apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is located in a quiet and tipical area of the spanish Barcelona at only 5 minutes from the harbour.

Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
