... Ramblas area. A parking is located under the « tres chemineas » esplanade, at a few meters from the apartment.
The apartment’s entrance is completely private and independent from the building.
The accommodation consists in a floor with three bedrooms and a ground floor with living room and kitchen/dining room area.
The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has bunk beds. The windows of these rooms are overlooking a quiet interior patio.
The third bedroom has no door, but you can close the space with two sliding curtains. This room, more spacious than the first two bedrooms, has a charming interior balcony door window (typical in downtown Barcelona) overlooking the kitchen/dining room. It has a large king size bed (160X200) with a bedside table and a wardrobe.
A narrow staircase leads to the ground floor. There are two lounge areas with a double sofa bed, single sofa, coffee tables and two single beds. The TV is housed in an alcove under the stairs with its DVD player and CD radio. The floor is made of tiles. There is an access to a tiny patio with a small table and an olive tree, which makes the apartment more pleasant in summer.
The two bathrooms are downstairs. The first one is separated from the lounge only by a curtain. It has a shower and a sink. The second bathroom, separated by a door, consists in a shower, a sink and toilets.
The kitchen is equipped (two hotplates, refrigerator, combi microwave oven grill, kettle, coffee maker, toaster ...) and has a cupboard with two hinged doors. There is a large dining table with seating for up to 10 people.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (only on the ground floor), electric heating and an internet connection.
This apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is located in one of the quietest and most pleasant areas of the city, at a few minutes from Las Ramblas and Barcelona’s harbor, close to Montjuic’s Park. Thanks to its status and its price, this apartment is ideal for families and groups with tight budget.

Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
