Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).

(How was your stay?) Our stay was perfect, such a great way to experiance the country you are visiting by living amongst the locals. Our apartment was cosy, clean and worth the money. As we were right around the corner from the market we were able to save money by cooking some of our own dishes in the comfort of our lovely pad. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because of the very good service.

(How was your stay?) Was Great!! Extremely pleasant. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because the apartment was clean ,comfortable and in a great location in the city. The price was much cheaper than a hotel room and the return is better (in our opinion anyway..) .The check-in process was very easy and the checker who showed us the apartment and checked us in was very professional and courteous. The check-out was also very simple.
