... the lounge you have access to a wonderful private terrace with table and chairs, surrounded by plants and flowers. Above the kitchen there is a mezzanine with two single beds (83x180cm). The master bedroom has no door, but you can close the space with a curtain. There is a king size bed (196x200cm) and a large wardrobe. This room has no windows, but there is a thick glass ceiling. Total darkness in this room is not possible. The bathroom has a large bathtub with a shower and toilet. The second part of this flat has a living room with several chairs, a table, two benches and a TV area with DVD player. Right next, there’s a second kitchen with washing machine free for you to use. The second bedroom is open to the lounge and has a double bed (135x180). From this room you have access to the second bathroom with shower. Above the bedroom is a second mezzanine with 2 single beds (90x180cm). The stairwell of the building is currently under renovation. A very spacious apartment with terrace in the heart of Barcelona, close to the Ramblas.

Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
