This apartment is quiet, sunny and comfortable (double glass windows). He has air conditioning. It has : 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.40x2m), one with two single beds (1.90x2m). Both bedrooms have windows and are sunny, with no building in front. The bedrooms have south-west orientation. Each bedroom has a small cupboard. The kitchen is opened on the living room and is fully equipped (oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer). In the living there is a table for 6 persons, a sofa-bed for one person, TV and DVD. There is a bathroom with a double shower for a couple to take a shower together. The WC is separated from the bathroom by a door and has its own window. This apartment is located on the 5th floor without lift. You will also have access to your private roof terrace with a nice view on Montjuic parc. To access to the terrace you will have to go out of the apartment and climb one floor on the building stairs, because the terrace is located just above the apartment. The key will be given to you at check-in. This apartment is a high quality renovation, however, as many buildings in the old-Barcelona, the stairs and the building door are very old and have not been yet renovated.
