... In the living room there is a table for 6 people, a sofa-bed for one person, TV and DVD. There is a bathroom with a double shower; it is really nice for couple who want to take a shower together. The WC is separated from the bathroom by a door and has its own window. This apartment is located on the 5th floor without lift. You will also have access to your private roof terrace with a nice view on Montjuic Park. To access to the terrace you will have to go out of the apartment and climb one floor on the building stairs, because the terrace is located just above the apartment. The key will be given to you at check-in. This apartment is a high quality renovation, however, as many buildings in the old-Barcelona, the stairs have not been renovated yet.

For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
