Upon entering the home, you go through a corridor that leads first on the left to the kitchen with a window overlooking the courtyard inside the building. The following room is the first bedroom with a double bed (180 * 200) and a wardrobe. The window in this room overlooks the interior patio. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (120 * 200). The window of this room opens onto the hallway of the building. The bathroom is very nice and has a shower with sliding doors. At the end of the hallway is the lounge / dining room equipped with two sofas, on with 2 seats, the other one with 3 seats, a coffee table, flat screen television and a large wooden table for 6 people. The 2 French windows provide a warm light in the lounge which has 2 balconies overlooking the Avenue Gaudi.
The location of this apartment is perfect for a family trip to the Catalan capital.

Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
