... look and style, and both have fresh towels ready for use upon arrival... the bathroom comes with a very nice modern shower, WC, sink, etc.... The huge living room of this fantastic apartment has french doors which open up onto the smalll balcony/terrace, here you will find a table and some chairs so the guests can enjoy the wonderufl weather that Barcelona enjoys for much of the year; this allows for lots of natural light in the apartment making it a great area to relax and unwind after a hard day of sightseeing or shopping! before heading out to enjoy all this great city has on offer..... this huge sofa can also be a bed where 1 guest can sleep comfortably ...... the apartment comes with air conditioning and heating so guests are comfortable no matter what time of the year they are visiting this great city!!! Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
