... there is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is well decorated, entirely renovated and fully equipped. Enjoy the charming terrace with its flowers that overlooks the city centre. There are a table and chairs that will allow you to enjoy the sun, while having a nice meal. The apartment has all the equipment necessary to ensure you a comfortable stay: TV, DVD, stereo, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, and even an Internet connection to keep you informed, or in contact with your family and friends for the duration of your stay in Barcelona.

Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
