In this large room you will find a table with chairs in the dinning room area, a sofa bed, a small table and all modern equipment like tv with international channels, dvd, and internet access. Terrace is in two part with a veranda, table and chairs, and a open large balcony with view on a Spanish patio.
This apartment with two double bedrooms, one bathroom and a terrace is very nice and well decorated in a charming tipical area in Barcelona.

Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).

We left a guide book in the apartment for others to use. I just wanted to let you know that we LOVED staying at the Gracia 2 Loft. The loft was beautiful and clean and in a great location. We are recommending another couple to stay there in November and will definitely be back ourselves someday soon. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and we look forward to our return. (How was your stay?): Very pleasant, the apartment was located in a nice area and close to the metro station, while the decoration was also very interesting. (Would you use again our services?): Yes. Because we were given what we had expected and nothing less as usually happens, while they have proved to be professionals in some discomforts that affected us such as the repairs that caused the lack of hot water for the last day. We were offered another place to stay but because we did not want to get into more troubles just for one day, we were given a refund in cash and that proved how professionals they were.
