Large shelves have been arranged to facilitate the storage. The bathroom has a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. We offer 3 apartments of this type overlooking the Ramblas or 2 overlooking the street Nou de la Rambla, one of which can accommodate up to 5 people. It was very nice to stay in that apt, now it was our precious memory of barcelona.Although there were some problem about the electricity line, the men help us a lot and did oll the best they can to give us the best service. The location is quite good for us and the apt is very clean and has a nice view. everything was very good. Thanks again! (Would you use again our services?) (How was your stay?) Excellent, we were very contented with the apartment. Even though there were renovation works at the stairs and no lift available we did not mind. Main conditions - location, location, location -were perfectly met. View to the Ramblas, important sights practically next door (Palau Güell) or within short walking distance. Public transport system very good, easily understandable and not expensive. We were prewarned about pickpockets, but luckily did not have any encounters. Barcelona - a perfect destination for a city brake.

We loved the apartment. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars, clubs, museums, nearby. Amazing balcony with Las Ramblas view. The guy who came for check-in was very kind. Of course a bit noisy 24 hrs. There was some hair and bad smell in the shower. Anyway, we will definitely be back! (Would you use again our services?) Yes, problem-free great experience.

(How was your stay?) Our stay was very pleasant. We enjoyed BCN very much and apartment was great. We didn't noticed at all elvator renovating proces. Corridor looked quite bad, but it wasn't issue. I hope the elevator will soon ready, it will very useful, 'cause there is a long way up by stairs with luggage. (Would you use again our services?) Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
