... has a double bed on one side with a wardrobe and bedside tables. The seating area is in front with a sofa bed and a wooden coffee table. The kitchen is equipped and has a microwave, two electric hotplates, hood, and refrigerator. Shelves were arranged to facilitate the storage. The bathroom is large with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The stairwell of the building is currently under renovation. We have 3 studios such overlooking Las Ramblas or 2 overlooking the street Nou de la Rambla. The price displayed is the price for a single apartment. Their standing and prices are ideal for groups and families with a tight budget.

(How was your stay?) Everything was nice. Excellent location, and room has everything we need. Only one thing we didn't like is room temperature. It's pretty cold in room, but considering that it was coldest month in Barcelona and if you turn on air-conditioner on max heat it will seems not so bad. The apartment is situated in the centre of Rambla's way, in 15 minutes walk you're in Barceloneta's beach, in 15 minutes you're in Plaza Catalunya: very useful! In 10 minutes you can arrive to the famous Boqueria street market, where you can eat and buy spanish food of any type. Near this market there's a Star Bucks! Perfect for the breakfast! (But you must go to ESCRIBA', a famous patisserie: the Espresso is fanstastic!) The apartment is perfect for 2 persons, quite small but in a very very very good location. During the night we had a problem because of the noise and the racket that come from the Rambla: till 5:00 AM it's difficult to sleep in silence (car traffic, people noise while speaking, singing and shouting... often drunk guys...) The washing machine didn't work. It was broken. (How was your stay?) : Nice stay, Barcelona is fantastic. We stay in the apartment only for sleep and sometimes for lunch after the morning on the beach. (Would you use again our services?) : Yes. The booking is very simple. sure and quick.

Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
