It has large terrace and a wonderful view on the Rambla del Raval and its palm trees (see photos). Nicely furnished, this apartment is ideal for a stay in the heart of the old city. This apartment has a lot of windows and is very quiet. At night and during the day, the view from the terrace is unique. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large bar which separate two areas, each of them has a sofa-bed. 4 persons can easily eat, have a coffee or read on the bar. There is a flat TV and a DVD, a large cupboard and many amenities. Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
