Recently renovated, in the heart of the Raval quarter, the apartment (studio) is located at 10 minutes from the Ramblas. It's a 5th floor without lift (be carefull the stairs are narrow). It can accommodate up to 3 persons. It has a large terrace and a wonderful view on the Rambla del Raval and its palm trees (see photos). ... from the terrace is unique. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large bar which separate two areas, each of them has a sofa-bed (one is a double sofa bed and the other one is an individual sofa bed. 3 persons can easily eat, have a coffee or read on the bar. There is a little TV and a DVD, a large cupboard and many amenities. If you want to explore Barcelona close to the Ramblas, enjoy a comfortable and colorful apartment with beautiful view on the palm trees of the Rambla del Raval. The laptop shown on the photos is no more available in this accommodation but this apartment has an Internet connexion.

The apartment looks good and is well kept and furnished. (How was your stay?) Our stay was great because we did not stay much inside the apartment (except for sleeping at night) and Barcelona is wonderful. Also, Maxime was quite welcoming and very nice at the check-in. Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
