... for one person, one cupboard, a dining table for 4 persons, a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a bathroom with shower and WC. A stair leads from the living room to the roof-terrace above the apartment. This is a very sunny terrace of 30 sqmt, with a nice view on the streets. One street leads to the plaza “de les Olles” with its Acacias, terraces and trendy shops, the other one leads to the Paseo del Borne and the church Santa Maria del Mar, one of the nicest church of Barcelona. This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building from the XVIIIth century in very good conditions. You will access to the apartment through a circular stair, to make easier your arrival, remember to bring two small bags instead of one big luggage!.(private terrasse + A/C)

Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
