Situated in one of Barcelona’s three streets dedicated to Sant Pere, you’ll find yourself surrounded on all sides by winding labyrinthine side-streets whose names recall the city’s industrial and textile past. This is one of Barcelona’s most enchanting areas, replete with secret corners, little public squares, churches and period town houses that exemplify the areas unique decadent splendour. The apartment was built in 1796. This apartment is a high quality renovation, however, as many buildings in the old-Barcelona, the stairs have not been renovated yet.
The neighbourhood was established in the 9th C, gravitating outwards from its centre piece the Monastery of Sant Pere de Puelles, which is located just strides from the apartment. Just four doors either side of the apartment can be found corner shops to provide all the food and drink you will need. At the Arc del Triomf end of the street is a bank with ATM, and on Sant Pere Mes Baix is a range of shops and boutiques selling everything you could possibly need. Other places of interest within easy reach of the apartment are the late 19th Century Palau de la Musica (please see last picture), the 16th C Biblioteca Francesca Bonmaison, the Arc del Triomf, the Parc del Ciutadella, and the Picasso Museum. We guarantee that you won’t run out of things to see and do in this unforgettable, cultural enclave of Barcelona.

Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
