The entrance of the building is located calle Avinyo in the Gotico area. This is a famous street for its trendy shops. From this apartment you are very close to the Ramblas, the Cathedral and the port of Ciutat Vella de Barcelona. You can also quicly access by walk to Barceloneta Beach (15 minutes walking distance). The building is from the XVIIth century and has been completely modernised (façade- lift-stairs-entrance). The apartment is located on the first floor (the most elegant). The ceiling are 5 meters high with beautiful old wooden beams. On the first level you have: a very original entrance (see photo with roof crystal lamp), a bathroom, a single bedroom, a patio with plants, a huge living area. The living area is large and sunny, 60 sqmt (5mx12m) with three large windows (two with balconies). There are four areas in the living. A resting area with a sofa, a dining area with a huge dining table, the kitchen area, a stair leads to the mezzanine with a sofa bed (comfortable for 2 persons) and a desk. From the Mezzanine you access to the bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is large and is divided in two areas, one area with a specially designed lavabo for 2 persons, a shower area where two persons can have shower together. All windows of the living room opens up on a nice plaza of the Gotico area: Plaza Georges Orwell.

Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
