First of all the location: located close to Plaza Cataluña, few meters from the beautiful Palau de la Musica in a pedestrian area of the Old-Barcelona. ... without lift. It has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a 645sqmt private terrace accessible from the living room and a lounge area on the mezzanine with a double matress. This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 4th floor (without lift), you will enjoy the volume, the light and the quietness of this apartment. (central heating, Air conditionning). The door of the apartment opens up directly on the living room. It is a large volume (4meter high ceiling with old wooden beams). It has been organised in 4 areas: an open kitchen with a window opening on the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has dish-washer. The second area is the dining area where a table can accommodate up to 6 people. The third area is the sofa: a huge bed-sofa (2.4mx1.5) where up to 6 people can lay. The fourth area is made of a mezzanine (above the 2 bathrooms) where two people can sleep. There are two large bedrooms, each of them with large cupboards and chest drawers, both have double beds: 1 king size, and one queen sze. They open up on a pedestrian Street. Both bedrooms are very quiet. There is one bathroom with bath and WC. The other one has shower. You access the terrace walking on a bridge above the patio. The terrace is in the axis of the living and the kitchen. There is a very interesting perspective from the terrace to the apartment and reversely that give the sensation to be on a house on the roof. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs for 8 persons. All furniture are excellent quality and the apartments is equipped with first quality electro-domestic equipments: air dryer, dish-washer, central heating, A/C in all rooms, washing machine and dryer, TV with spanish channels, wireless Internet, telephone (free national calls). This apartment is a high quality renovation, however, as many buildings in the old-Barcelona, the stairs have not been renovated yet, and is not very large. An advice: prepare two small luggage than one large. FOR RENTAL FROM NOVEMBER 2009 TO EN OF MARCH 2010: the terrace will not be available because of works on the bulding.

Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
