It is 35 sqmt completely re-built in 2005. It has an entrance with a cupboard, then on your right a metallic and design stair leads to the bedroom located on a mezzanine. From the bed you can see a very nice view on the terrace. The bedroom is also equipped with a desk and a chair. From the desk, you have a nice view on the living-room.
