Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).

We loved the apartment, check in was very easy, we were met outside the apartment by a very friendly man who told us everything we needed to know. our stay was relaxing and comfortable, the apartment was brilliantly situated and very spacious. the only problem, although it wasn't for us, would be with the bathroom having no door. the lack of privacy might not suit everyone. overall, real value for money and much better than staying in a hotel. thank you

(How was your stay?) : We loved every minute of it. We also loved the apt. (Would you use again our services?) : Yes, the location was perfect, close to everything. Having the Santa Catarina, a supermarket, and patisserie all down the road was great. We could have ended up on a little street with no light, but the square was terrific.The agency delivered exactly what was promised. The staff were official, fast reacting, answered my questions ahead of time and I had no hesitation with payments. Very, Very good!

It was a great apartment, very good quality for money. In the heart of barcelona, we were always a stones throw away from pretty much everything. It was a very clean apartment and had a very new-modernistic feel about it. All in all, we had a brilliant time. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, very professional, if we had a query and we did have a few, we recieved a reply back very quickly.
