This large attic is located just next to the Ramblas in center of the city, in the old quarter. You have also a big private terrace, with flowers, a table and chairs (and long chairs) to enjoy sun all the day. For a stay longer than two weeks, please contact us to receive our special price.

Mininum stay: 2 nights, except for special periods such as: Bread and Butter Congress, New year, World GSM Congress, Easter holidays, SONAR Festival, July, August. The minimum booking can be larger than the standard one (Please contact our Customer Service for further information.).
Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).
