On the first level, there are one living room with a large sofa (possible sofa bed), a dining table and an American open kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Inside stairs lead to the private roof terrace of more than 50m2, with a lot flowers and an incredible view of Barcelona city.

Last minute bookings: for last minute bookings the minimum stay can be reduced to 2 nights. The price for last minute bookings is automatically calculated and indicated by our website system.
Check-in after 20h00, will be subject to an extra charge of 30€, this extra charge also applies for all check-in on sundays or Spanish bank holidays. For arrivals after 24h00 (midnight): 50€ of extra. For arrivals after 2h00 (2a.m): 60€ of extra. For each additional hour we will charge you 60€ plus 10€/h (70€ at 3h00 for example).

The apartment was located perfectly for our wish of being in the center of the city and the roof terrace was such a lovely addition to the place! (Would you use again our services?) Yes, because an apartment like this is such a great alternative to a hotel, because we as a co-workers travelling together, were able to enjoy the time we had in Barcelona together in a much better way!
