A very enjoyable stay in the attic. The terrace was lovely to sit on and have a glass of wine in the evening after a day in Barcelona. All amenities are close by.

We, a family of five, had a great time in and around the property. The apartment was clean, coosy and bright. The terrace was marvellous! Fortunately the children had the possibility to sleep in the living room, as their bedroom was to noisy because of the elevator right beside. We adored the local live at the Rambla del Poble Nou and the 10 minutes walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Good clean location and nice big terrace. The notice says the gardener visits on Thursdays but they turned up on Tuesday so we were surprised when they turned up. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice flat, the terrasse is terrific, one of the rooms was too hot to sleep in though, as no air conditioning in that room.

L’appartement est agréable et cosy mais c’est vraiment la terrasse magnifique qui en fait un endroit exceptionnel! Dans ce jardin suspendu débordant de plantes nos petits déjeuners et diners ont été de grands moments de plaisir! Très bien situé près des plages et juste à coté de la "Rambla de Poblenou" où il y a plein de petits bars et restaurants en plein air. Connexions faciles et rapides en transports en commun, dommage, le parking gratuit n’existe visiblement plus. Nous reviendrons!

Very good in most ways. Only real problem was the air condition did not work properly / did not cool down the apartment appropriately. The service from the checkin/checkout people and office and maintenance (including cleaning) staff is excellent.

Great apartment if you want to explore Barcelona and want a comfortable place to stay and relax between walking session. The terrace is amazing. Even if you have flowers and other vegetation at home, the plants here are like from a Sci-Fi movie. There was a construction going on near by during our stay, but you will soon ignore this with this beautiful garden. We were 4 people, but I slept on the sofa and can say that it is very comfortable even if you are 5-6 persons. There are no sight seeings, nearby expect the bullet building, which is 15 minutes walk away, but we are always enjoying to use the great transport service in Barcelona. Yellow metro line is 10 minutes walk from the property and tram to the Zoo and the beach is just around the corner. The only big issue for us was the broken internet line. I guess it is fixed now, but for next stays I will keep in mind to double check, that is is working on the arrival day.

Wonderfull terrace ! We really enjoyed having breakfast surrounded by so much greenery and late night glass of bubbly with the candlelight outdoors was just superb! Very stylish living room, small bedrooms and location on the 7 floor (elevator goes up to 6 so you need to carry your luggage) but overall experience was fantastic ! Looking forward to come back in the near future !

Hébergement fidèle à l'annonce, très belle terrasse, grande, arborée. L'équipement du logement est très satisfaisant. Parking auto gratuit à 100 mètres de l'appartement Transports en commun (tramway, métro) proche de l'appartement, grande surface carrefour à 2 km.

The apartment was well situated for a 10/15 minute walk to the beach. The terrace was terrific as was the view from the terrace. This apartment is highly recommended.

Appartement calme et confortable. Superbe terrasse spacieuse, un vrai confort pour Barcelone. Le plus : un parking gratuit juste à côté où nous avons laissé le véhicule une semaine sans bouger. seul bémol : une chambre donne sur la cage d'ascenseur. L'appartement est très bien situé, près de la plage et du centre ville par le métro.

Appartement très bien situé prés de la rambla de Poble Nou (familiale) et du tram de l'autre côté pour accéder au centre de Barcelone, avec une très belle terrasse et vue sur Barcelone. Parfait également pour l'accès internet, le salon et les 2 chambres confortables.

The apartment is fabulous and we had the most wonderful time there. We would definitely come back when next in Barcelona. Inside, the apartment is stylish, well equipped and spotlessly clean but it is the roof garden that makes it something very special indeed. Truly stunning - a real garden of Eden replete lemon trees, vines, full size trees and a dazzle of colour, with sun loungers and patio furniture round every corner - not to mention gorgeous views. We truly could not believe our luck - all that space just for us. We liked the local location - 5 mins walk from a Metro and 15 mins to the beach. The staff were super - efficient and genuinely friendly. Would go back again in a heartbeat. Excellent experience at every stage - fabulous staff and apartment.

The roofterrace was awsome. We loved it. It was like the apartment was 50 sqaremeter bigger than expected. (How was your stay?) Fantastic! We love Barcelona. (Would you use again our services?)Yes, because When you travel with kids you need a place to cook, play and watch a film. My youngest son played for hours on that terrace.
