It is a nice and comfortable appartment with lots of space. My son liked the big bath a lot and there is also enogh place for him to play indoor when it is rainy outside.

Les chambres, la salle de sejour était en ordre, mais la cusine était sale, la vaiselle n'etait pas propre et quelques pièces etait abbimé, le frigo avait un odeur très mauvais, aussi la machine à laver et "le sécheur". La sale de bain etait presque propre.

Grand appartement bien placé, calme et bien agencé. Bémol: le ménage insuffisamment fait (poussière, saletés,..) et pb d'ascenseur (nous avons du monter nos valises par l'escalier et sans aucune aide de la personne qui nous accueillait!)

Le logement était conforme à nos attentes. La personne qui est venue nous remettre les clefs a été très bien.

todo muy bien,lo unico que puedo decir de negativo es que la dueña del piso entro mientras dormiamos un dia a las 8.30 de la mañana,por el resto todo perfecto.muy contentos.

Very attractive apartment with a good layout. Very large rooms. Quiet at nighttime. Handy for the metro and Sagrada Familia. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona, but I suggest that the few minor problems are resolved first.

The location of the apartment is ideal to visit Barcelona. It is close to the Sagrada Familia ( 4 blocks away) and about 150 meters from a metro station and the metro system in Barcelona is very good. It is spacious, with plenty of sunshine and it is very quiet. We had a pleasant stay in Barcelona and I wish we will return one day.

Excellently situated property. Close enough to get to La Ramblas and the beach without being so close, its too noisy and you can't sleep! Very spacious apartment, equipped with everything you could possibly need! Fantastic stay - beautiful apartment, would love to visit again.

This is a lovely apartment, in a quiet, but well serviced area, very close to the metro station Encants and the El Clot-Aragó station, which is one of the stops on the airport train line. It is ideal as a base for a holiday in Barcelona, being minutes away on foot from the Sagrada Familia. The customer service was very good. When we arrived there was no cot, although we had requested one, and one was brought to the apartment within 2 hours. The only very slight disappointment was that the "jaccuzzi" was in fact just a large bath. However, it was excellent for showering the toddler in! We would highly recommend this apartment.

hormis la vaisselle nous sommes tres satisfaits de vos prestations. nous avons eu un problème de chauffe-eau, dans l'heure le problème était réglé, bravo !

Tout s'est très bien déroulé, je conseille vivement votre site à d'autres personnes de mon entourage. L'accueil s'est réalisé parfaitement dans les temps et surtout nous souhaitions un interlocuteur français, ce qui nous a permis d'aller beaucoup plus vite. L'appartement était très bien et il n'y avait aucune surprise. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, l'appartement était situé près des entrées de métro, ce qui nous a permis de nous rendre là où on voulait en peu de temps. (Nous recommanderiez-vous ?) Oui, car tout d'abord parce que tout simplement : $ - pas de surprise au niveau de l'appartement. - accueil pris en charge par un interlocuteur français. - rapport qualité/prix de l'appartement.

I had a very good time at this apartment. It was very close to the subway system, had plenty space in the rooms and all the facilities you may need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. The only drawback was that one of the appliances was not functional upon our arrival (the dryer), nevertheless, we were able to dry out our clothing by using an external hanger installed at the backside of one the rooms. I would definitely use it again.
