Una maravilla de apartamentos y completamente nuevos y muy bien situados para cualquier actividad que se desee realizar. Alquilamos 5 apartamentos y todos quedamos encantados. A la vuelta todos querian la direccion donde se habia alquilado el apartamento por si volvian a Barcelona. Tendran muchos clientes seguro. Tiene hasta tele de plasma de 42 pulgadas. De verdad: Un placer

The location was good, the apartment was big enough and we had a very nice varanda where we could drink some wine and eat some tapas while the babies were sleeping. We could easily walk to Ramblas, the Harbor, the beach of Barceloneta, Plaza Catalunya, Plaza Espana. The same street has some ok restaurants, bakery, pharmacy's and some of the smaller streets around had some other more exclusive choices of restaurants. You hear no noise inside the apartment which was important when the neighbour theather was starring STOMP. The only negative thing is that there were no sufficient pans for us to be able to quick something simple (they only had different choices of frying pans which were handing for eggs in the morning, but you could not make a boiled egg for example) and also the varanda/terrace was really dusty which was very inconvenient for us as we were with babies who would crawl and get really dirty (they had a washing machine though we did make use of to compensate). All in all, I would recommend and return in another occasion (with or without children).

Un appartement spacieux, moderne et plutôt bien équipé, un voisinage super et un placement central

Positif : - Bon emplacement dans la ville, proche du métro et très central. - L'appartement est neuf et propre - Bonne literie Négatif : - Très bruyant malgré les fenêtres en alu : le joint n'était pas efficace du tout dans la chambre double. De plus, des travaux sont encore en cours au rez de chaussée de l'immeuble et nous avons peu apprécié le bruit du marteau piqueur. L'équipement est plus que minimaliste : 4 chaises, pas une de plus (l'appartement est prévu pour 6) et rien pour accroché ou posé les manteaux dans l'entrée pourtant suffisamment grande. L'accueil était correct, sans plus. 2 ou 3 plans posés sur la table sans aucune autre indication touristique. L'interphone ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a dit à notre départ qu'il était débranché pour ce pas être dérangé dans la nuit par ceux qui sonnent.

Siendo una muy buena vivienda, la demerece no tener wi-fi y la enorme carencia de elementos que hacen a la comodidad de los que cocinan y comen en la vivienda.

Appartement très bien situé et confortable mais un peu bruyant. La cuisine n'est pas très bien équipé en plats, vaisselle et ustensiles.

The property was brand new but there wasn't enough cutlery and glassware. The road was very busy howevee you were very conveniently located for Montjuic & Las Ramblas etc.

The place exceeded our expectation and looked exactly like the pictures. We also appreciated all the information provided to us about Barcelona at check-in.

The property location was really great, it was easy to walk to Las Ramblas, Place Catalunya , The waterfront, aquarium, la Gotic, and the metro was less then a block away and the main lines took us quickly to the locations that we wanted to go. The apt. itself was very clean and comfortable. My children had no problem adapting and sleeping and the rooms are a good size. I was met quickly by the company to let us in on the day of our arrival and they even accommodated our early arrival as we were traveling with a large amount of luggage and did not want to put it in a locker at the train station. The check out was very efficient. The most important part was that traveling with my 3 children, I felt perfectly safe and at ease.
